The Economic Survey is out. PTI has the key takeaways and you can read the full text here. 

The Survey, which reflects the government’s view on the eve of the budget which will be presented tomorrow, claims the outlook for the Indian economy is “bright” and that the economy will grow at 6.5-7% in the financial year of 2025.
