It has taken just one election victory – Haryana – to bring Narendra Modi back on communal track. Addressing an official function in Maharashtra today via a video link that was organised so that he could inaugurate several projects before dates for the upcoming assembly election are announced, the Prime Minister had no compunction in mixing government business with partisan politics. Using taxpayer resources, he promoted the BJP, attacked the Congress and instigated hatred against Muslims by warning
