The Delhi Police FIR against NewsClick has not been made public or even shared with founder editor Prabir Purkayastha though on Thursday evening the Patiala House court ordered that a copy be provided to him. However, the remand application the police submitted to the court yesterday while seeking Purkayastha’s custody makes for seriously hilarious reading.
