Militants attacked an army ambulance in Jogwan in the Jammu region on Monday morning in what is the fifth attack in Jammu and Kashmir since its new government was sworn in. The army has said that one militant was killed, and police have denied reports that three militants had been ‘neutralised’. The identity of the slain militant is not yet known. No casualties occurred in the attack on the ambulance, police said.
