Calling the selection committee to pick the next chief election commissioner (CEC) “lopsided” because of the in-built government majority, leader of opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi, a member, recorded his dissent and refused to even look at the five names shortisted, reports Sravasti Dasgupta.
