Ahead of Prime Minister Modi’s two-day visit to Israel starting tomorrow, Middle East Eye journalist Azad Essa’s X account has been withheld in India on the Modi government’s request. Congress leader Mani Shankar Aiyar issued a heartfelt appeal, urging India to reclaim the principles of equality and justice that guided MK Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru in their support for the Palestinian cause.
When Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney will visit Mumbai and Delhi for four days he will focus on expanding economic ties and strengthening cooperation across energy, technology and defence – but he will not
