The Supreme Court has rejected the appeal of the National Investigation Agency against bail granted by the Bombay High Court to activist Sudha Bharadwaj in the Bhima Koregaon case. She is likely to be released this week. Her co-accused are all denied bail. Today, the Delhi High Court today handed down the first conviction in the Delhi riots: one Dinesh Yadav, accused of looting and burning a Muslim home.
