Today is March 6, the date by which the State Bank of India was ordered to make available to the Election Commission a full list of the names of all those who purchased electoral bonds for onward donation to their favoured political party as well as the amounts they spent. The SBI has disobeyed the Supreme Court and now wants till June 30 to make what are bound to be details that Narendra Modi will find embarrassing.
