The Enforcement Directorate may be about to arrest Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, according to media reports as the India Cable goes to press. Earlier in the day, the Delhi High Court refused to grant him protection from coercive action in a case related to liquor licensing which he and the Aam Aadmi Party say represents a political vendetta by the Narendra Modi government. Kejriwal is reported to be approaching the Supreme Court on an urgent basis.
