China says that New Delhi and Beijing have reached a “solution on relevant matters.” The comment, by a Chinese foreign ministry spokesman, was reported in the Communist party run tabloid Global Times and confirms what foreign secretary Vikram Misri had said a day earlier on patrolling arrangements along the Line of Actual Control on the India-China border.
